Our philosophy is based around providing a safe environment; which ensures a positive dance education experience. Respect for each student, without regard to experience or capability, as well as respect for each teacher, will be paramount in every classroom. Dance will be taught with a primary focus on technique, followed by a secondary focus on style.
RC/DC will foster an environment where students will be trained with a focus on discipline, poise, skill and creativity regarding the Arts. Students will be provided the opportunity to participate in community events to demonstrate their dance abilities.
Our goal is to teach the fundamentals of dance to each student, with an emphasis on continual improvement based on the student’s capabilities. It is our passionate desire to lead each student to a high level of self-confidence and self-worth.
