The following guidelines will be used in regards to monthly fees.
+ All payments are due on the first of each month (i.e., May 1st).
+ There is a fee of $30 for any returned check.
+
A late payment fee will be assessed to your account as follows:
$20
- After the 10th of the month
$40 - After the 20th of the month
After 60 days you will be asked to leave the program.
+ There will be a 4% charge on all credit and debit card payments.
